The City of College Park (City) Purchasing Department's mission is to provide the highest level of service and support to every City department, GICC, Gateway Arena, in addition to current and potential vendors within a timely manner. In doing so, this perpetuates day-to-day operations along with aiding current and potential vendors of the proper methods for conducting business with our great historic City.

Bid proposals must be submitted within a sealed package (envelope and/or box) labeled correctly as specified in each bid package. Proposals are only accepted at City Hall attention Purchasing at 3667 Main Street on or before the advertised time.
Proposals received after the advertised date and time or in any other location other than the Purchasing Department at City Hall will not be considered, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Offerors are not allowed to email or fax proposalsunless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Only responsive bids that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth in the solicitation will be considered. All Minority, Woman and Small Businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.
