Court Services


The City of College Park has launched the new iCourt system where citizens participate in virtual court proceedings.  iCourt is the official municipal court procedure utilized by the city until further notice.  Registered users can search for court records, make payments/pay fines or get additional City of College Park courts information. 

If you need to find scheduled court dates, make payments or additional information, you're able to search via iCourt.  In order to search via the iCourt Virtual Hearing Software, please see the following technical requirements:

  • Must have internet connection
  • Personal computer or mobile device equipped with camara and microphone  (for video and audio conferring capabilities)
  • Web Browser recommendations:
    • on a Windows or MacOS Computer/Laptop: Google Chrome
    • on an iOS mobiles device (iPhone/iPad): Safari
    • on an Android mobile device (i.e.: Samsung Galaxy/Note/Tab etc.) : Google Chrome

If you have established a court date with the City of College Park, and you need to submit documents (.pdf, .jpeg, .png or word) please email [email protected] 14-days prior to virtual hearing court date. Documents can be dropped off in person 10 days prior to virtual hearing.

ALL FINES MUST BE PAID WITH CASH, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK OR CREDIT CARDS.
No personal or company checks accepted.

  • Free parking is provided in the parking lot East of the Public Safety Building. Do not park in unauthorized areas or in merchant's parking spaces provided for their customers. Your vehicle could be impounded for any parking violations.
  • No small children are allowed in the courtroom.
  • The courtroom is located in the lobby of the police department. Cell phones, pagers, or any other electronic equipment that make noise must be turned off when in the courtroom. Failure to comply could result in contempt of court
  • For tag and insurance charges please bring all papers or documents related to your case and in your defense so court can move smoothly and quickly.
  • Please dress in a business casual type attire. NO halter tops, tank tops, shorts or sagging/revealing jeans will be allowed in court.
  • Courts held on Wednesdays and Fridays are arraignments calendars. If you are pleading guilty or no-lo, your case will be heard at arraignment. If you plead not guilty, your case WILL be reset for a trial calendar. Trial calendars are held on Mondays at 4:00pm and 5:30pm.
  • If you need your case reset for a valid reason, this must be done within twenty four hours of your court appearance.
  • Most violations do not require a court appearance. These cases can be paid at the Police Station or by mail or internet. Instructions to mail your fine are on the back of your citation. If you need further assistance please call court services at 404-761-3131. Remember that weaccept cash, money orders, certified checks and credit cards. (No personal or company checks accepted.) Payment must be received 24 hours prior to your court date or attendance is required. Credit card payments can be made in person at the station or on-line. No credit card payments will be accepted by telephone.

DO NOT USE THE INTERNET PAYMENT OPTION IF YOUR COURT DATE IS WITHIN THE NEXT TWO DAYS. PAYMENT WILL NOT POST IN TIME AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT.

The College Park Police Department's records division is in charge of maintaining police reports, accident reports, court requests and many more functions that coincide with every dayfunctions of the department. When requesting one of the following items you must use EXACT CHANGE ONLY and payment must be made with cash, Visa or Master Card Only NO CHECKS will be ACCEPTED.

You may only obtain Criminal Histories, Liquor Permits and Taxi Permits during the following business days and hours:

**Criminal Histories are only done if they are seeking housing or employment within the city limits of College Park.
