GLOBAL ACCESS

Home to the world’s busiest airport with over 98 million passengers annually, College Park offers business and industry the convenience and access that comes with proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Class A office environments at the Gateway Center offer connections to the airport via an automated people mover, the SkyTrain, that cannot be found in any other market.

In addition, the SkyTrain links the airport to our Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), hotels and office making business and convention activity convenient and accessible.

CONNECTED WORKFORCE

The College Park MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) Station connects downtown College Park to more than 1.5 million people in the greater Atlanta MARTA service area in addition to linking the city to the airport.

In just a 15 mile radius, the daytime population is over 770,000 people.

COLLEGE PARK POLICY FOR FILMING

The City of College Park has adopted a filming policy and is now accepting applications for permits to film on public right-of-way, public property and at City facilities.

INTERESTED FILMMAKERS can access the filming policy here. An application to film must be submitted before filming can begin.

GREEN COMMITMENT

College Park’s commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by the Southeast’s largest CNG fueling station offering alternative fuel to the public. The CNG station is operated in conjunction with Clean Energy Fuels, Inc.

The new BLU lng (liquefied natural gas) station is the first of its kind in Georgia; it's the company's tenth operational station, and its first outside the Rocky Mountain region. The station is on Sullivan Road, and is slated to be the hub for all LNG stations in the southeastern United States.

College Park Power also offers consumers a choice of purchasing blocks of green power and boasts LEED certified construction from educational institutions to office and hospitality.

URBAN INFILL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

With over 200 acres of available land owned by the City of College Park, we are literally open for business. Corporate campus locations and retail frontage along Camp Creek Parkway, parcels overlooking our golf course and infill locations in downtown College Park make it easy to find your perfect build-to-suit site.

QUALITY LIVING

Historic College Park is the state’s 4 largest historic district with over 600 contributing structures.

Enjoy residential options that are walkable to our Main and Virginia Business District for your shopping and dining enjoyment. Home to Woodward Academy, the largest independent private school in the continental U.S., College Park makes an exceptional choice for raising a family.

With a brand new charter school, the Main Street Academy, College Park now offers more options when it comes to education. The City’s historic 9 hole golf course is an added amenity for recreation convenient to downtown and the GICC.
