Gateway Center Campus

The Gateway Center campus is comprised of the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), the Gateway Center Arena, the Historic College Park Golf Course, hotels, a Class-A office building as well as a BMW Training Center, along with multiple dining options. All connected by the ATL SkyTrain, a complimentary 2-minute ride to and from the airport and the Centralized Rental Car Center (Con-RAC). Once the soon-to-be completed pedestrian bridge over Camp Creek Parkway is finished, it will connect the Gateway Center Campus to the downtown area, making it even easier for conference and convention attendees to enjoy all that Main St. has to offer.

Georgia’s second largest convention center with metro Atlanta’s largest ballroom, is just around the corner from the Historic Business District in the City of College Park and sits on the Gateway Center Campus. The GICC is uniquely positioned to offer its guests and clients unprecedented convenience.

The world’s only convention center directly connected to a major airport, our modern facility embodies the grace and efficiency of flight itself.

What we are most proud of at the GICC is our staff. We consistently earn the highest ratings from event planners and their guests for service, support and attitude.

Gateway Center Arena @ College Park is a state-of-the-art 5,000-seat venue located on the Gateway Center Campus, just around the corner from the College Park Main Street area and is accessible via a two-minute Skytrain ride from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Owned by the City of College Park and operated by the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), the Gateway Center Arena is your ticket to quality entertainment and events. Line-ups include professional sports, concerts, family events, graduations, conventions and more.

Did we mention spirit? We have spirit, yes, we do! The Gateway Center Arena is proud to be the official home to the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream AND the Atlanta Hawks G-League team, the College Park Skyhawks.

The Historic College Park undulating fairways and elevated greens make it one of the most challenging courses in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. It is owned by the City of College Park and operated by the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC.) The course is open to the public year-round.

Located 1.2 miles from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and soon-to-be directly connected to the Gateway Center Campus by a pedestrian and golf-cart friendly bridge over Camp Creek Parkway, its a perfect destination for avid traveling golfers to hone and challenge their skills. It is also conveniently located just a few blocks behind the College Park Historic Business District.

The golf course also has a 2,000 sf event building available for hosting weddings and receptions, birthday parties, reunions, as well as executive retreats, team building outings and various types of meetings! Our in-house caterer, Proof of the Pudding @GICC services the golf course and can provide a range of F&B options to satisfy any palate and budget.
