Ms. Lindell Miller brings over two decades of dedicated public service in state, county, and municipal governments to the City Manager's office. She has a proven track record in diverse areas such as Small Business Certification Programs, Economic Development Local Preference Programs, ERP system implementation, Government construction initiatives, policy formulation, procurement, and management of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), along with both Federally Funded and General Obligation Bond (GOB) projects.
Miller’s expertise spans from overseeing complex software system implementations to crafting and executing impactful policies and procedures. She has successfully directed a multitude of construction projects, including amphitheaters, wastewater treatment facilities, county courthouses, and significant park renovations, managing budgets that range from $30 million to an impressive $300 million.
Miller holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she is recognized as a Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) by the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council and the National Institute of Government Procurement (NIGP).
