The City of College Park (City) Purchasing Department's mission is to provide the highest level of service and support to every City department, GICC, Gateway Arena, in addition to current and potential vendors within a timely manner. In doing so, this perpetuates day-to-day operations along with aiding current and potential vendors of the proper methods for conducting business with our great historic City.

Proposals are only accepted at Jack P. Longino City Hall, Attn: Purchasing, within a sealed package (envelope and/or box) labeled as specified in each bid package, on or before the advertised closed date and time.

1. Any proposal(s) received outside of Jack P. Longino City Hall will not be considered.
2. Any proposal(s) received after the advertised close time and date will not be considered.
Offerors are not allowed to email or fax proposalsunless otherwise stated in the bid documents.

All minority, woman-owned and small businesses are (strongly) encouraged to submit a proposal package for all or any project of their choosing. 

Only responsive bids that are determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth in the solicitation will be considered. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all proposals based on past performance and to waive technicalities and informalities and re-advertise.
