Council Meetings will run on TV 23 at 6:00 pm each day until the next Council meeting.

Our next Council Meeting will be held September 21, 2020. This will be a teleconference/video meeting that will be broadcast via Facebook Live, Twitter and YouTube Live. You can also participate via phone by dialing:

Additionally, citizens wishing to give citizen remarks during a Regular Session Council meeting must email their name, address and comment/remark to pcomment@collegeparkga.com no later than 7:00 pm on September 21, 2020. The City Clerk will read your name, address and comment into the official record.

RULES FOR REMARKS DURING COUNCIL MEETINGS
 Speakers must limit their remarks to no more than (3) minutes.
 Speakers must not employ tactics of intimidation, profanity, or threats of violence in their comments.
Anyone who demonstrates these behaviors will not have their comments read into the record.
 (1) Specific topic may NOT be discussed during Citizens Remarks for more than 15 minutes.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Those who wish to speak during a Public Hearing item (not Citizen Remarks) can choose to do so during that
portion of the agenda. You will need to access the Zoom Meeting at this link:

Note** Once the public hearing opens, you may click on “Raise Your Hand” in the Zoom Meeting to speak.
You will be acknowledged at that point; and remember to turn your mic on (left hand corner). Once the public

MAYOR AND COUNCIL WILL CALL THE WORKSHOP SESSION TO ORDER. THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY “RECESS” & ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.

6:00 P.M.
WORKSHOP SESSION
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL WILL RECONVENE THE WORKSHOP SESSION.

7:30 P.M.

REGULAR SESSION
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL WILL CALL THE REGULAR SESSION TO ORDER.

June 1, 2020 – (Monday) 1st Public Hearing on Proposed Budget.

June 15, 2020 – (Monday) 2nd Public Hearing on Proposed Budget.

June 15, 2020 – (Monday) Adopt FY 2020-2021 Budget.

July 1, 2020
– FY 2020-2021 Budget effective date.
