A meeting of the College Park Business & Industrial Development Authority Board of Directors shall be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), Spanish Suites, 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA 30337.

The meeting will also be live streamed on City of College Park TV23, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Consideration of Financial Management Policy covering Expense and

Contract Approvals, Budget, and Revenue Management by BIDA Executive

Director Mr. Brian Hooker

• Presentation of Findings and Consideration of Action on Report on Keller

Williams Commission Payments by BIDA Attorney Ms. LaTonya Wiley

• Executive Session for Legal Matters
