Customer Service Office Partial Closure Notice – July 30, 2025
Dear Valued Customers and Stakeholders,
The Customer Service Department would like to inform you that we will be upgrading our Customer Information System (NorthStar CIS) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition and allow our team time to validate the new updates, our office will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Regular business hours will resume at 10:00 AM on that day.
During this time, utility payments can still be made using the following methods:

· Night Deposit Box: Located at the City Hall Drive-Thru (Please note: No cash accepted)
