Public Hearings-Meetings

Comprehensive Plan Update

College Park is updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan! The update of our Plan offers us the opportunity to consider where the city wants to be in the next five-years and what it would take to get there. Community input and opinion is incredibly important to this process. Please consider providing your input at the link below and sharing with friends and neighbors. We will also be updating this website throughout the process!

If you have questions, please contact Nikki Washington with City Planning Office: nwashington@tctatl.com

Boards and Commissions

  • The Board of Zoning Appeals holds hearings on the second Monday of each month beginning at 6:00 PM.
  • Planning Commission conducts public meetings on the last Monday of each month beginning at 5:30 PM; except for December when they do not meet.
  • Mayor and Council hold public hearings on the first and third Monday of each month beginning at 7:30 PM; except for July when they do not meet on the first Monday and December when they do not meet on the third Monday.

All public hearings and meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The application deadline for Board of Zoning Appeals hearings and Planning Commission meetings is 30 days prior to the hearing or meeting at which the application will be heard. Public hearings before Mayor and Council must be set and the public notified of the hearing. The rezoning and conditional use permit applications are typically a 60 to 90 day process.
