Property Taxes

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Property Tax Division, under Department of Finance and Accounting, is responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes for the City of College Park.

The property tax bill will provide:

  • Description
  • Fair market value
  • Map number
  • Street address
  • Tax amount for property
  • Tax rate
  • Taxable value

CURRENT TAX BILL/STATEMENT
2021 tax bills/statements are tentatively due December 23, 2021 and payment is due sixty (60) days after the mail date.

PAYMENT DUE DATE
Payments must be received by the due date to be considered timely. The postmark date will not satisfy this requirement.
Failure to receive a bill does not relieve property owner(s) of payment responsibility to make on or before the due date.

SCHOOL TAX
City of College Park residents do not have a school tax, however; residents are required to pay school taxes displayed on your 2023 bill(s)/statement(s) to Fulton County and/or Clayton County tentatively due November 15, 2023.
