TRAINING DIVISION CHIEF
Chief Harris has about 24 years in the fire service, where he has advanced through the ranks. He currently manages the Training Division with the College Park Fire Rescue Department in Ga.
He has over 15 years of teaching and many certifications, BLS CPR Instructor Trainer, ANSI CPR First Aid Instructor, National Professional Qualifications Instructor I, II, III, Senior Peace Officer Standards Trainer-Trainer, NIM’s 200, 300, 400, Hazardous Material Instructor, Extrication and Machinery Instructor, He teaches for the Georgia Office of Homeland Security, Adjunct Instructor with the Georgia Fire Academy.
Born in Louisiana, Kevin now lives in metro Atlanta. In his spare time he travels, speaks, mentors youth, Coaches and volunteers at his church.
He served as Director of Another Way Out Mentoring Inc. for 2 years and board chair for 3 years.
